Yes! About 25% of diagnostic clients are implemented internally. The diagnostic gives you the roadmap; you decide whether to implement it yourself or engage us.
We implement with you, not just advise. You get working systems (templates, processes, trained teams), not just PowerPoint decks. We stay through implementation with 30-60 day support.
Options include: (1) Start with diagnostic only and implement internally, (2) Phased approach – one project now, another later, (3) Founder office hours for specific guidance, (4) Bethoy Talent Network only at ₦50K/month.
Yes, we offer a first month free trial for the first 10 companies. After that, we offer a discounted first month (₦25,000) to evaluate quality before fully committing.
Yes, absolutely. We routinely sign mutual NDAs before engagements.
We include a “mutual fit” clause. If, after the first 2 weeks, either party feels it’s not working, we can adjust the scope or part ways amicably with a prorated refund of unused fees.
